About the Event
We're raising funds with this Cookalong for the Afghanistan Refugee Crisis
In this class we will make two Afghan Classics. You'll also get a *Bonus* recipe and 2 Rice cooking Hacks to say thanks for your generous donation. We will make :
Borani Banjan (aubergine topped with a rich tomato sauce and a yoghurt & mint dressing)
Quabili Pilau (a jewelled, fragrant rice dish)
They are both vegetarian and can be easily adapted for dietary needs, if you need help making changes just get in touch.
Your confirmation email will contain the ingredients and equipment list as well asn the bonuses and the zoom link.

Afghan Fundraiser Cookalong
This ticket allows 1 household/screen access to the cookalong. All £15 of your ticket price will be donated to the charity. Wix charges a 38p transaction fee on top of that. If you decide after the class you'd like to donate more, we'll send you details.
