About the Event

While we can't meet in person join us for a Zoom cooking session.  We'll cook a selection of dishes which yes, you could dial out and have delivered, but with our cookalongs you will make these dishes again and again, saving money & gaining skills.  We can provide adivice on substitute ingredients if you require them, please just let us know before the class date.  Before the event we will send you the shopping list, equipment list and zoom link.  The charge for each class is £15 per 'screen' - in other words your whole household can cook together but you pay just £15.   We do not provide ingredients or equipment but try to ensure all ingredients are easy to access and provide alternatives. Only basic equipment is needed, you will generally need access to 2 hob burners and an oven.  There will be a requirement to prepare/pre weigh some of the ingredients and we'll let you know about those too.  If it's your first class with us we'll call you in the week leading up to the class so you can ask questions and know what to expect.    All our classes are fun and relaxed, you can ask questions as we go and we don't rush ahead.  Classes generally last 1.5 to 2 hours and then you can enjoy the feast you have created. . There is always time for mid-class clearing up during the class as well as a 10 minute break.  If you enjoy the class you may be interested in our ingredient hampers  which can be bought at https://www.itsfromscratch.org/shop.
