Scandi Winter Cookalong

In this Cookalong we have a cosy night of  cooking planned. Of course in true It's From Scratch Style we will be visiting far off lands virtually and enjoying their traditional cuisine

• Jansson's Temptation
• Blue Cheese Dip
• Agurkesalat (Cucumber Pickle)

The feast we prepare will serve 3-4 and you could pre-purchase/add some Swedish meatballs/veggie balls  should you wish. Once you're booked we'll send you the ingredients and equipment list and the zoom link.  All dishes are vegetarian except the Jansson's Temptation which is Pescatarian but we can advise on how to make this veggie.

We can provide adivice on substitute ingredients if you require them, please just let us know before the class date

The charge for this class is £17.99 per 'screen' - in other words your whole household can cook together but you pay just £17.99.   We do not provide ingredients or equipment but try to ensure all ingredients are easy to access and provide alternatives. Only basic equipment is needed, you will generally need access to 2 hob burners and an oven.

There will be a requirement to prepare/pre weigh some of the ingredients and we'll let you know about those too.  If it's your first class with us we'll call you in the week leading up to the class so you can ask questions and know what to expect.    All our classes are fun and relaxed, you can ask questions as we go and we don't rush ahead.  This class is scheduled to last 2 hours but please allow a 15 minute overrun time just in case.

The class will only run with 4 or more participants.  We will let you know on the Tuesday before the class if that number has been reached.  We therefore recommend you hold off buying expensive/specialist ingredients if you can until then.  If the class does not run we can refund you or book you onto another class.

We use video extracts and stills from our classes to promote our service to prospective participants.  If you do not wish to take part in this please let us know and turn off your camera when requested.
