About the Event
Our late spring series of Cookalongs is designed to help those cooking for a 'Mixed Economy' of omnivores, vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians in their household. This is not an either/or situation. We're going to create two versions of the same meal at the same time to keep everyone happy. We call this concept 'Diverging Dinners' and our aim is to keep prep, dishwashing and shopping to a minimum despite effectively producing multiple meals.

Gyozas (Pork and Tofu)
Noodles (Pork and Tofu)
Learn how easy gyoza are to make (and how moreish they are to eat) and put 2 x 2 meals on the table at the end of the session.
