Flexi - Repeato Burrito

Our latest series of Cookalongs is designed to help those cooking for a 'Mixed Economy' of omnivores, vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians in their household. This is not an either/or situation.  We're going to create two versions of the same meal at the same time to keep everyone happy.  We call this concept 'Diverging Dinners' and our aim is to keep prep, dishwashing and shopping to a minimum despite effectively producing multiple meals.
