Join us to get cooking. We're bringing the tastes and smells of Morocco right into your kitchen with a relaxed and informative cookalong. The menu will be Chermoula Spiced Chicken/Chermoula Roasted Cauli, Atlas Mountain salad, Spiced Roast chickpeas & Marrakesh Orange & Date Dessert

About the Event
While we can't meet in person join us for a Zoom cooking session. We'll cook a selection of Moroccan dishes inspired by the fabulous book we have in our Moroccan Hampers 'Orange Blosson and Honey' by John Gregory -Smith. Paricipants can choose the Vegetatian option (whole roast cauli with Chermoula) rather than the chicken. We can provide adivice on substitute ingredients if you require them, please just let us know before the class date. Before the event we will send you the shopping list, equipment list and zoom link. The charge for each class is £15 per 'screen' - in other words your whole household can cook together but you pay just £15. We do not provide ingredients or equipment but try to ensure all ingredients are easy to access and provide alternatives.
