Summer Drinks and Snacks Cookalong in aid of St Oswald's Hospice

Join us for a Live! Cookalong.  We'll create some delicious drinks and snacks and raise funds for the marvellous St Oswald's Hospice at the same time.

We can provide advice on substitute ingredients if you require them, please just let us know before the class date

The charge for this cookalong is £10 per 'screen' - in other words your whole household can cook together but you pay just £10 plus a small processing fee.  It's From Scratch are hosting this cookalong for free so all your class fee will go straight to the charity.   We do not provide ingredients or equipment but we do try to ensure all ingredients are easy to access and provide alternatives. Only basic equipment is needed, you will generally need access to a hob burner and an oven.  A wand blender or food processor will be handy when making the dip (but not essential)

There will be a requirement to prepare/pre weigh some of the ingredients and details are on the preparation sheet.   All our classes are fun and relaxed, you can ask questions as we go and we don't rush ahead.  This class generally lasts 1 hour but may run over slightly.

We use video extracts and stills from our classes to promote our service to prospective participants.  If you do not wish to take part in this please let us know and turn off your camera when requested.

When you register we'll add you to the Its From Scratch email list so we can send you the other emails you need (zoom link and recipes) you can de-register after the class if you like.

Our insurers do not cover you in your kitchen so please take responsibility for your own health and safety.

If you find you can no longer take part please let us know but we can only refund you if you let us know before midnight on Wednesday 14th July 2021.
